xDezyn Digital Solutions offers Remote Computer Support to repair computer problems that do not require on-site support.  This service is $45.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $45.00.

Click on "Share":

You will be prompted to download a small (901kb) file...run the application:

You will see the LogMeIn Express application.  It will automatically generate a 9 digit code (in the picture below 865 199 210)  This is specific to this individual session.  We will need that code...please call or email it to us.

You will be prompted to enter you name as the "Presenter"....do so.

You will see us login.  At that point, we can see your screen, but will need you to click "Share Remote Control" so that we can make changes for you.  See Below.
